From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming and clean cottages. The location was perfect, like something out of a fairy tale. We were surrounded by beautiful mountains and a picturesque fjord, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was delicious and the whirlpool was a wonderful treat. We were even lucky enough to spot the Northern Lights on New Year's Eve, thanks to the owners' thoughtful notification. Our stay here was unforgettable and we will miss it dearly. Please remember to respect the wildlife, such as the adorable Arctic fox that lives nearby.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

the cabin was warm, cozy, and comfortable with stunning views into the fjord. The hot tub was a real treat, and the bath house had showers, toilets, and a sauna. The kitchen in the cabin was well-equipped, and we didn't want to leave!
Curtains didn't cover window completely.

The location of this holiday home was absolutely breathtaking. Nestled between the mountains with stunning views of the coastline, it was a picture-perfect spot. The cottage we stayed in had panoramic views from every window, and we were even upgraded to a larger cottage with all the amenities. We loved being able to cook our own meals using the fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of having a grocery store and restaurants nearby was a plus.
The cleanliness of the shared bathroom. we were not aware that the property also served as a camping site, which meant that the hot tub and sauna were often crowded and we didn't get a chance to use them.

I had an amazing stay at Mjoeyri Travel Holiday Homes! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the fjord. Despite the bad weather, the cabin was warm and cozy, providing the perfect refuge from the elements. The hot tub was a real treat, allowing me to relax and enjoy the surroundings even in the rain. The bath house was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated having access to the laundry room. The little kitchen in the cabin was well-equipped, making it easy for me to prepare meals. The self check-in process was convenient, and I loved the dedicated cabin for added privacy. The breakfast served at another hotel was delicious, although it took some time to figure out the location. my experience was unforgettable and I would highly recommend Mjoeyri Travel Holiday Homes!
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The stairs in the cabin were small and slippery, making it difficult to take my luggage upstairs.

The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the sea. We were lucky enough to have a room with a massive window facing the sea, which felt like a moving picture. The accommodation had everything we needed, including clean bedsheets and towels. The self check-in process was convenient, with clear instructions on where to find the key. It was great not having to meet anyone during our stay, as it added to the privacy and tranquility of the experience.
One major downside was the cleanliness of the shared bathroom. Additionally, we were unaware that the property doubled as a camping site, so we didn't feel comfortable using the hot tub or sauna due to the number of people using them.

It was my second time visiting and I couldn't be happier. The setting is absolutely stunning, nestled between mountains and with the soothing sound of water lapping at the coastline. The cabins are top-notch, with the highlight being the 'speedboat' hot tub - such a unique and enjoyable experience! The host was incredibly pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for the best place to stay in this part of Iceland, look no further.
I do recommend this hotel.

I had such a memorable stay at Mjoeyri Travel Holiday Homes. The breathtaking views of the fjord were absolutely stunning. I loved waking up every morning to the picturesque scenery and watching the boats pass by. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, with a lovely wrap-around porch and a balcony overlooking the fjord. The kitchen was well-stocked and the big couch was perfect for relaxing. The location was truly amazing, and I enjoyed walking along the shoreline and exploring the area. The highlight of my stay was the little lighthouse on the point just a few feet from the cabin. It added such a magical touch to the whole experience.

The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, with mountains and the sea surrounding us. It was the perfect setting for a romantic escape. The hot tub was a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. the host was easy to communicate with, making our stay hassle-free.
There were a few downsides to our experience. The room we stayed in had a shared bathroom, which was not ideal for a romantic getaway.

It felt like something out of a fairytale. Additionally, the cottage itself was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful family who managed the property. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, even letting us know about the northern lights on New Year's Eve. One unforgettable memory was seeing the Arctic fox living just outside. It was a reminder of the beauty of nature.
Although the stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the price for just one night stay was quite high, especially when factoring in the additional charges for breakfast and bed sheets.

The location of this holiday home is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the lake. You can wake up to a picturesque scene straight out of a fairy tale. The cozy cottages are well-equipped and the family who runs the place is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to notify us about a rare sighting of the northern lights on New Year's Eve, creating unforgettable memories. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the Arctic fox living nearby. a delightful experience.
Some attention to maintenance is required, as a few guests mentioned moldy shower caulking and drainage issues.

The cabin was warm and cozy, perfect for spending Christmas holidays. The hot tub was a real treat, especially in the cold weather. The views of the fjord were stunning, even though the weather was not ideal.
The check-in process was a bit confusing as the main house had a sign saying "private residence. " It would have been better if this was made clearer.
